I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or a fixed agreed length of time which may be short or long term work, (short term counselling is often described to be up to about 12 sessions). The time scale of counselling can be dependent on your time available to you, the cost or the presenting problem. This would be discussed in our assessment together.
My Professional Body is the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I work in accordance with the Code of Ethics and Practice.
I have worked as a counsellor within several charities offering counselling and psychotherapy within West-Sussex and Hampshire, covering Bognor Regis, Littlehampton, Rustington, Havant, Worthing and Chichester.
I am now a counsellor within Bognor Regis and have a Private practice. I offer Counselling and psychotherapy providing support to people situated within Bognor Regis itself and the neighbouring towns and villages such as Chichester, Littlehampton and surrounding areas.
Train and bus routes are easily accessible from Littlehampton and Chichester- directly to Bognor Regis.
I also offer home visits for people who have a physical disability or those that struggle with a mental health problem that prevents or makes it difficult to leave the home. (Please note- home visits only available to those living within neighbouring towns to Bognor-Regis such as, Chichester, Yapton and so on).
